Dr Ismail Jalili, retired consultant ophthalmic surgeon at Peterborough & Stamford Hospitals worked in the NHS for over 30 years. He is heavily involved in ophthalmic and genetic research in childhood blindness in addition to community work both nationally and internationally. He has chaired several professional and community organisations in the UK. His involvement in this project stems from his love affair with Stamford and the surrounding area where he has lived for the last eight years. One of his many interest in retirement is web design and he has taken great pleasure in developing this website. |
